Winter Wonderland

We had fun ice skating at a local rink.  The boys ready to hit the ice!

With our good friends Sally, Nicolette, and Ashley.  They were a great help with the kids.  We had four beginners counting Elizabeth!

Colin had his first snow day!  This little guy had never been in snow before.

Yeah!!  Finally we got some snow.  The kids were so happy.
To bad it didn't last.  We have not had any more since!

Alex and me bearing the cold at the inauguration.
We had such a memorable day.  It was incredible!

Sea World with the Robinsons

We had a great day at Sea World with Chet, Pam, Nana, and kids.
It was the first warm day we had all week!  Thanks to Natalie for the passes!

Isn't San Diego beautiful!  This was the dolphin show.

Waiting for the Sesame Street 3-D show!

Andrew and Nana - they have always been best friends!
Here we are at the Shamu Holiday Show.

Best way to finish an awesome day - In-N-Out of course!

Gaby's Baptism

Alex baptized Gaby while we were in California.  A special thanks to Gaby's Papa, Nana, Aunt Pam, Aunt Brittney, and all the Jacobsens who made it possible.  It meant so much to us to have her surrounded by family and friends for her special night.

Our neighbors from Corona, Joyce and Elizabeth.
They had not seen Gaby for more than three years.

Gaby with Laura Mae, Joy, and Brooke.  Thanks to our Newport friends who made the drive to Temecula to be there for Gaby!

The Hourigan family with us.

We were sad to not have any of the Hawkes family there with us.  We also were lacking Natalie and Matt's families.  You  were missed!

We didn't get any pictures of my family, they were all busy in the kitchen preparing a great buffet.  Thanks everybody!

More Cali Pics

Chet and Pam were such greet hosts.  We had a fabulous time staying in their beautiful new house.  The kids all had a blast together.

Gaby reunited with her best friend Brooke Hourigan.  We sure have missed our friends in California.

Visiting Gaby's school, Newport Elementary.  Her school was right on the beach.
Why did we ever leave California??!?!

We met our best friends the Hourigans and the Sanders for lunch at Tarasco's.  Yummmy!

At the park with Amber McAffee and her kids.  The McAffees are our best friends from Corona who we have missed so much.  This is their new baby Luke.

Disneyland Fun

The kids got Disneyland tickets from Santa.  We endured the crowds and had a great time.  Thank goodness for the fast passes!

Waiting for the parade.  I went early to save seats and then had to fight off people for an hour!

We have always love seeing "It's a Small World" all decorated for Christmas.

Our favorite place to eat, the western saloon in Frontierland.  You can watch a great show while eating lunch.  It makes Disney food prices a little more bearable.

Christmas Vacation to California

We had a great week in California.  We stayed with Chet and Pam in their awesome new house.  The kids loved being with their grandparents and cousins.  The weather was not the best, but we still had a fabulous week.
We made a gingerbread village, a Robinson family annual tradition.  The kids loved the candy, except for the red hots!
Uncle Chet had the best gifts this year.  A new drum set and Wii from Santa!  Wow, he must have been extra good for letting Pam go to Hawaii for a week!
Audrey and Andrew were the stars of our nativity production.

The Washington Temple "Festival of Lights"

In December, we went to see the Christmas lights at the Mormon Temple in Washington D.C.  Our nanny, Eli, especially enjoyed it - she had never seen anything like it.  We spent most of the time in the visitor's center since it was very cold outside.
